Azimuth Airlines received permission from the Federal Air Transport Agency for flights to Egypt, Israel and the United Arab Emirates

In particular, the airline received permission to operate daily flights to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh from Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody, to Tel Aviv from Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Sochi. In addition, the Federal Air Transport Agency issued Azimut a temporary permit for a period of 14 days to operate flights with a frequency of 7 times a week from Moscow, Makhachkala, Sochi and Mineralnye Vody to Dubai.

Interfax could not specify the dates for the start of flights to Interfax.

“Flights on these routes are currently under development,” said Dmitry Zvonarev, director of the air carrier for strategic development.

In addition, the order of the Federal Air Transport Agency notes that Azimut received a temporary permit for 14 days to operate flights from Moscow and Mineralnye Vody to Istanbul.

Azimuth also received permission from the Federal Air Transport Agency to operate flights to the countries of the Near Abroad. Thus, the agency issued permission to operate flights to Baku: 14 times a week from Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don and Makhachkala and 7 times a week from Sochi and Volgograd. In Gyumri, Azimut received permission to fly from Sochi, to Yerevan – from Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The Federal Air Transport Agency allowed to operate flights 7 times a week from Mineralnye Vody to Kazakhstan – Aktau and Atyrau.

Until the end of the 2022-2023 winter season, Azimut will be able to fly 7 times a week to Samarkand from Krasnodar, Sochi and Mineralnye Vody. In addition, the Federal Air Transport Agency issued a temporary permit for a period of 14 days to operate flights from Moscow to Tashkent.
